All of Skyline & Oak’s laser design files are tested on a Glowforge Pro laser. You may also use them in other laser brands that accept SVG format. Since I do not have access to any other laser brands or other laser software programs, I am not able to provide support for questions relating to them. I'm happy to assist should you have a question relating to the file!
Our SVG files for vinyl (currently only listed in my Etsy shop) are tested on a Cricut Maker, and should also be compatible with any cutting machine that accepts SVG file format. Those designs do include a PNG file as well, in case you want to use them for sublimation. Again, those are currently only for sale in my Etsy shop, SkylineAndOak though.

Technically all SVG files are scalable without losing clarity, however, these following types are not recommended for resizing: earring files (because it will change the size of the ear wire hole), and files that have any interlocking pieces should not be resized (because they won’t fit together properly if resized). For designs in which you do want to resize, it is crucial to scale them proportionately to prevent distortion, which could cause the file not to cut smoothly. Files that are stacked designs are fine to resize, so long as they are kept proportionate.

Since returning a digital product is not possible, I am not able to offer refunds/cancellations on this item. Before purchasing, please confirm that your machine accepts SVG file format, to ensure you are purchasing a file you can use.
