How will I receive my download? (also add to info graphic???)
- Once you have completed your payment, a download box will pop up. Simply click the blue download button. You will also receive an email.
- If your download is in a zip file (looks like a folder w/ a zipper), you must unzip it before using the files. If you skip this step, the files won't open. This is very easy to do, so don't let it intimidate you if you're unfamiliar with zip files. Simply right click, then click "extract all".
Refund Policy:
Since returning a digital product is not possible, I am not able to offer refunds/cancellations on this item. Before purchasing, please confirm that your machine accepts SVG file format, to ensure you are purchasing a file you can use.
